      Decent pay, when we had pay. Used to have a good mission.

      Cons

      Something was different. They lost their mission. No more feeding kids, just focused on bottom line. New leaders don't understand what we were doing.

      Pros

      Great company that has downsizing and is now growing. Wonderful culture and a great work life balance. Working with a team that truely cares and believes in what they do is very rewarding.

      Cons

      No 403b match but maybe in the near future.

      Pros

      Their daycare in Springfield shut down but if it ever reopens I would tell everyone to never send their kids there and do not work for them. No pros. They stole money from the government.

      Cons

      Everything. They don’t buy cleaning supplies. The building was gross. I didn’t even have a working bathroom for my students.
