Life in Mobile Response

It took a long time to build this amazing team. Like every young growing company we have had some growing pains. Unlike every growing company we have surpassed those and are striving. It is all because we have an amazing team. Life in Mobile would not be what it is without all of the great people we have today. Love my team. - Keep Killing It.

Pros

Life in Mobile is a fun, fast paced, high energy work environment that allows employees to grow and take part in fun, challenging, and innovative projects.

Cons

Not a typical 9-5 job. The workflow can be challenging at times, and employees may have additional roles to play if the need arises. Not a job for someone who is looking to coast.

Pros

Life in Mobile is hands on, high energy and the only place I'm aware of where you can do what we do on a daily basis. No matter your role, you will become a specialist / expert on mobile, consumer engagement, technology and strategy. This is unlike any other place I've worked. The company is family-like, in that everyone has access to one another and there isn't red tape and nonsense to wade through when trying to complete a task. Everyone has the ability to have ownership over important projects and tasks, while helping pave the way within the mobile industry. There is access to multiple health, dental & vision plans, as well as a bunch of other employee benefits through an online system.

Cons

Being a company whose capabilities are very unique, you have to know your stuff if you're client facing. The teachers are there, and the education is accessible but you have to be willing to learn to progress. Because the company as a whole is pushing the envelope of strategy & technology, the education is always evolving.
