Pros

Most spiritually rewarding work available. Amazing teams. Probably the best residential provider in Washington state.

Cons

Low pay, low schedule flexibility, and opportunities for advancement often seem like popularity contests rather than being based on performance, merit, or skill set.

Pros

Some of the people are amazing and are actually client focused! You can’t tell when someone truly cares about what they do. There were some coordinators who you can go to for anything and they are the most acting people I’ve met. Same with some of the program employees!

Cons

The upper management will gossip about people even though they have a no gossip policy. Some of the program directors will do anything to get you fired if you aren’t a suck up. If you raise a concern or just need clarification, they will find a way to fire you. They will also retaliate if you get injured and report it and then later will fire you for it but say it’s for a different reason. The upper management also are terrible at communication. The programs also gossip and think you don’t hear it but you do and it is concerning when most of the gossip and retaliation is coming from coordinators, leads, and upper management. If you go to HR with a concern, you better hope they aren’t friends with the person you have a concern about because they will go and tell them what you said.
