Pros

Great community and coworkers. Helpful staff and great access to amenities, especially with your free membership as an employee.

Cons

Session wages are only a small percentage of what you charge per session, even if you get all sorts of certifications you still will only get around 50-60% of what you are required to charge per session. To start, I believe it was only 30% of the hourly rate that gets paid out to the trainer. You also need to get used to cold calling leads, which is pretty standard and not a complaint; however, it is not something they mention during the interview process unless you specifically ask them so I wanted to mention it here.

Pros

It’s fun working environment, made some of my close friend there. It was first job so it’s cool.😎

Cons

It gets extremely hot in Texas and we have an outdoor pool.

Pros

the only pro I can think of is the free membership and even that is mediocre because you'll barely have time to use it, and they kept decreasing employee discounts. Not worth your time.

Cons

Pay is not enough for the job. Benefits are not worth the stress this job gives you. Management is absolutely terrible. I could go on and on about all of the flaws this place has. My advice to anyone is don't work in operations at this location, way too much drama for a place of work, and they'll make it personal. Stay away.
