      Pros

      the only pro I can think of is the free membership and even that is mediocre because you'll barely have time to use it, and they kept decreasing employee discounts. Not worth your time.

      Cons

      Pay is not enough for the job. Benefits are not worth the stress this job gives you. Management is absolutely terrible. I could go on and on about all of the flaws this place has. My advice to anyone is don't work in operations at this location, way too much drama for a place of work, and they'll make it personal. Stay away.

      It’s fun working environment, made some of my close friend there. It was first job so it’s cool.😎

      Cons

      It gets extremely hot in Texas and we have an outdoor pool.

      Pros

      Pay is good for a big box gym. Equipment is nice. Other staff, clients, and members have generally been good to be around in my experience.

      Cons

      Company changes metrics on a near monthly basis. Career advancement is often about who you know more than performance or ability.
