      Pros

      free gym membership great connections with the staff in multiple departments great connections with members

      Cons

      terrible working environment management + GM does not care for their staff + their safety treats workers unfair so many safety violations knowingly lets predators into the building and allows them to stay as members

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
