Pros

free membership at a very nice club you get to wear shorts get to work with like minded people you learn something new everyday satisfaction in knowing your job is helping people feel good about themselves

Cons

You are a salesman first and a personal trainer second. If management is behind in sales you will be pushed to sell stuff that clients do not want or need which often times leads to uncomfortable situations. Lifetime is too cheap to outsource it's cleaning so expect to be a celebrated janitor when you have any down time. Managers are constantly trying to reinvent the wheel to jusify their existence, so expect to have meetings where nothing is said and asked to do things that make no sense. You also have managers who have their jobs solely because they have a college degree in sports science but have no background in business or management... Just because you know how to properly do a push-up doesn't mean you are capable of handling a HR dispute.

Pros

Free Membership Cool employees Discounts on services

Cons

They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
