Pros

Benefits, 401K, and other things you would expect from a corporate job. The demographic that Life Time clubs attract are, generally speaking, awesome to work with. There are not many other places that I know of where you can get people to pay $150 per session.

Cons

Shortly after the pandemic, there was a major ideological shift in how new members are put in front of trainers. Corporate essentially removed the incentive for the team members working in the front desk to book new members for an introductory PT session.

Pros

Free Membership Cool employees Discounts on services

Cons

They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
