      Cons

      Not accepting of people who did not start their career in the club. Very immature leadership, more of a high school setting than a corporate setting. Very resistant to change or differing opinions or perspectives. Overall I liked my role, but very difficult group of people to work with.

      Nice coworkers and accommodating management, amazing benefits and access to gym, fun work environment and good bartender training

      Cons

      Schedule made a month in advance and very difficult to switch shifts when it was finalized

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
