      Pros

      Large Client pool to work with and recruit. Nice facilities. Equipment is maintained.

      Cons

      Totally commission and draw. Poor managers who like pass leads for training to trainers who did not have their certifications.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
