      Pros

      The number of members you have access to. The opportunities to learn skill sets that are valuable to them and after.

      Cons

      You must work in shifts, weekends, holidays, and extra time 'mid month' and 'end of month'. If you move up the ladder, you pay for any failing team members (ask about DRAW).

      Pros

      Nice coworkers and accommodating management, amazing benefits and access to gym, fun work environment and good bartender training

      Cons

      Schedule made a month in advance and very difficult to switch shifts when it was finalized

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
