Pros

The people.... thats really it, unless you enjoy cleaning. You will always be busy.

Cons

Management does not care about you personally, members are stuck up and are super demanding, and so is management, the GM checks your work all the time, and you have to clean toilets and will see a lot of disgusting things in the operations department. The pay isn't what it should be for the amount of work they give us.

Nice coworkers and accommodating management, amazing benefits and access to gym, fun work environment and good bartender training

Cons

Schedule made a month in advance and very difficult to switch shifts when it was finalized

Pros

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Cons

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
