      Pros

      Prestigious organization, incredible company growth, employee membership, excellent customers, great company value, laid back atmosphere, flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Standing for the full shift, low pay (unless you're in sales), limited employee growth available, inability to transfer branches before 12 months of employment. Inability for position transfer or raise prior to 12 months.

      Nice coworkers and accommodating management, amazing benefits and access to gym, fun work environment and good bartender training

      Cons

      Schedule made a month in advance and very difficult to switch shifts when it was finalized

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
