      Free Gym Membership nothing else

      Cons

      Expectations WAY too HIGH. Expect you to work 6 days a week for a ten hour shift with nothing but blasting phone calls and sitting around. and on the one day off a week management is constantly pushing for you to still come in and guilt trip you if you don't.

      Nice coworkers and accommodating management, amazing benefits and access to gym, fun work environment and good bartender training

      Cons

      Schedule made a month in advance and very difficult to switch shifts when it was finalized

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
