Pros

Only perks you get is a free membership to same-level gyms if you are employee at the company. They can sometimes work with your school schedule. The members you meet can be very fun and enjoyable to see everyday.

Cons

Compensation was minimum wage and for the amount of work and treatment you get from managers definitely not worth it. Promotion and progression in the company turned out not to be on merit be on the friends you had. Management did not care for any employees, only for those they were friends with. Minimum to no organization through the day-to-day operations. Member complaints were sometimes, but mostly never addressed.

Free Membership Cool employees Discounts on services

Cons

They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
