      Free gym membership, diversity in day to day responsibilities, easy to transfer to another department or club

      Poor pay for team members and managers. Managers are frequently stuck between being the face of bad corporate policies and representing a positive work environment.

      For my team, majority are remote so i come into the office just to be on teams meetings
