      free membership, discounts, employee shop price service in spa , spa discounts

      Cons

      Long hours, they don't care about you, senior management doesn't care only looks at numbers never has time to talk to you very one sided people, puts on a show every time corporate is in town. no growth, no bossiness when bringing in big money for the company hard to take day off everyone in your business people change departments left and right. Hire people with no skills. Employees not being ethical. Worst work and life balance

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
