      Pros

      If you get a good client base you can make good money.

      Cons

      Being able to get enough clients can be tough. The managers get all the best leads to sell personal training. There are a Loy of weekly meetings that you do not get paid for. It is an all commission job. Bad work/life balance. Normally work 50-60 hrs/ wk. Have to work all holidays and a lot of weekends.

      They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
