If this company contacts you, run the other way. They sell dreams and NEVER have the employees in mind. They will do whatever it is best for them and when they decide to switch something, employees are last to know. They will offer you a job and tell you all these things and once you are involved, they switch things up and you are stuck. They are will shut down a whole business without letting the workers now and patient know before hand. So you look clueless but this whole time they had this plans out and the next step was ready to go. They will screw over every employee they can just to meet their goal. They do not care about you, you life, or etc. Only how they can use you until you become disposable. You have a better chance in career growth and peace of mind being a dog walker instead. This is facts. Not a bitter ex employee. Being there first hand as one of the locations opens and see what transpired, leave a horrible taste in your mouth. Lifetime is A CULT. Don’t let me get you.

Nice coworkers and accommodating management, amazing benefits and access to gym, fun work environment and good bartender training

Cons

Schedule made a month in advance and very difficult to switch shifts when it was finalized

Free Membership Cool employees Discounts on services

They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
