Pros

Great learning environment, probably best pay for a corporate situation for personal training, but you can make SO much more if you decide to stop giving the big box over half your sales.

Cons

management lacks communication and is very disrespectful and demanding of unrealistic expectations, poor promotion decisions, don't promote based on performance or experience, good old "boys" club, manager was up for promotion and was top 10 in the WHOLE COMPANY in sales in prior years, and they went with a guy who was buddy-buddy with the GM, didn't hit sales goal, but was a real suck up ... needless to say it didn't end well.

They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
