Pros

The people I worked along side with made every shift tolerable. Made long lasting friendships outside of work, good work life balance for the most part.

Cons

Not enough holiday time, management always seemed to be absent during difficult times, and whenever they were there they deemed it more important to show up around the club rather than “in-zone” where work would get backed up. Also wages were poor for the amount of work and dedication expected.

Free Membership Cool employees Discounts on services

Cons

They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
