      Pros

      Free membership, i work out everyday before/after work. We only hire friendly people, which can be negative if you are not looking to talk to co workers.Great place to grow your work experience, We promote growing within the company, if you want to grow or are even a little interested in becoming management , everyone at the company will most likely support you.

      Cons

      This is not a job for someone that doesn't promote teamwork. If you don't enjoy teamwork , this will be the most annoying job you will ever have. We promote not only on performance but dedication to the mission. If you are just looking for a place to make money , this is not for you.

      Pros

      Great healthy way of life promoted to employees as part of goals and balance of work with life. Flexible time off with mixture of paid time off.

      Cons

      Does not recognize federal holidays - not a bank - so use personal celebration days to take time off when requested.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
