Pros

I truly cannot think of any.

Cons

Words cannot describe how cheap this company is or how poorly it treats its employees. The hiring process was incredibly deceptive. I was “sold” a job with the same tactics the regional directors use to sell their hardware and software to hospitals. They will promise you anything and then underdeliver. The company is incredibly toxic and as my former boss stated “nothing stays private here.” I have never worked with less professional individuals. I was enticed off of LinkedIn as an exercise physiologist to work with the company. Be prepared to be demanded to be call at all times and berated with barrages of messages for not answering a call at any hour of the night. Management describe themselves as not “micromanagers,” but every aspect of my life was managed, down to sharing my personal life, using my personal vehicle to transport my boss, and having my email inbox organized a particular way. The commission the company promises was nonexistent for me. There is absolutely no work-life balance and your salary will likely be lower than it would at a decent hospital doing cardiac rehab. Installing cables in a dusty ceiling until 10PM is expected and normal. I am a successful professional in the exercise physiology field and felt incredibly scammed by this company. If you are looking to work double the hours with no reward in a toxic company, this place is for you!

Pros

There are talented people on the team, and the role itself has potential. The company operates in a niche industry with a growing market and each day is different which is a plus.

Cons

My experience was impacted by issues around compensation transparency. After submitting my resignation, I did not receive commission that had already been earned, which made it difficult to feel treated equitably. Attempts to resolve this were unsuccessful per leadership as there is no written policy on commission compensation allowing the company to withhold it after a resignation. Additionally, the overall culture felt challenging. Communication was often unclear, expectations were a moving target, and the environment felt more stressful than collaborative.
