      Pros

      Good pay if you are willing to work 50 or more hours a week.

      Cons

      You can be on call every weekend for free or go to the job site 6-7 days a week. Only paid time and a half even if you work 7 days straight. Expect to wait 90 days for your insurance to kick in. Sexist company that promotes men over women. Also they like you to be young and attractive to work on site.

      Pros

      Life Style provides an opportunity to build your career. It is more then just a stepping stone like other jobs. Life Style allows you to grow professionally and personally. I have been with the company for the past 3 years and could not be happier.

      Cons

      During peak season, a lot of work hours are needed, but Life Style always rewards you for hard work.
