If you like working outside, and getting plenty of exercise, this job is great.
Cons
Public share holding company, mountains of tedius paperwork, to the point of being ridiculous. The offices are connected to the home of the manager, which is uncomfortable. My manager always came in on his day off to check on me, the door to the office lead to his apartment.
