Changing to a corporate mentality has made this company unpleasant to work for. Upper management is inconsiderate of their subordinate's lives outside of the office and express that their jobs should be the number one priority in their life. HR is paranoid of everything and take every situation to an extreme level of caution, to the point of being detrimental to the work environment.
