Pros
Great benefits, good support, a lot of training, potential to make very good commissions. Very difficult position and not for someone out of shape. A lot involved because it's typically 2 people working at a facility so you have to schedule your cleaning when you are both there and then really watch your time when you are alone so you don't miss calls or potential customers while cleaning or doing a lot and building inspection.
Cons
Very few, it's tough to get a promotion to anything higher than a property manager. I don't recall seeing any Area or Regional Manager's who were female at the time I worked there. That may have changed. But, I hated leaving. I had an injury (not work related) and was advised by my physician to quit to heal and avoid surgery. I would have stayed there forever, probably. I loved my store and Area Manager.
