Pros
Decent amount of down time, can be a fairly easy and fun job depending on who your managers are. Health benefits and 401K are available to Full-Time employees after 90 days. Depending on the location you work at, days will go by quickly when busy.
Cons
Upper management can be terrible and very unorganized, getting approval for something to be done as easy as a broken door can take weeks or you might never even hear from the Home Office at all. Benefits for just you are around $100 per pay check. They do not offer family benefits. Minimal pay for what you actually do. If you work at an older location, expect lots of problems that will never be repaired (only "fixed") If something goes wrong, expect to be called in at any point in a 24 hour day even when the store is closed. Usually only 2 employees per store as well, good luck getting any time off longer than a day or two.
