Pros

This job was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences. Leadership was disorganized, disconnected, and lacked both competence and integrity. They were consistently unable to provide proper training, support, or guidance, let alone lead by example. During the interview process, the company presented itself as an ideal workplace, boasting strong leadership, impressive clients, financial stability, ambitious growth plans, and a vibrant company culture. Unfortunately, none of it turned out to be true. The work environment was chaotic and unprofessional, characterized by constant turnover and unnecessary workplace drama. There was also a lack of clear direction from the leadership. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. If you value career growth, competent leadership, professionalism, and a stable work environment, I strongly advise that you save yourself the frustration and look literally anywhere else.

Cons

Limited career advancement Required to be on-site five days a week

Pros

There is really nothing to say that is a pro! Speaking from a management perspective interview...who got the inner workings here.

Cons

As the title says, another British LS firm who entered the US Market with British style of recruitment. Company like this is all cut from the same cloth. Leadership will tell you a grand story, but reality most of the leaders are made of former baristas in the UK, who now think they everything. Sexism, Racism all exist here, during the interview process with the CEO in the US was bizarre.....he cares more about himself than his people.
