Pros
Great culture, conscientiousness and considerate leadership with supervisors who are great advocates for their teams, and an appropriate amount of focus on mental health and emotional wellbeing without it detracting from work. I know the sales positions can hold more stress than my own but in an operations role, I feel very comfortable.
Cons
I would like more work-from-home time and this is something my supervisors are currently working to achieve
