Life rude - Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Life Ride Employee Review

I currently work here and can honestly say, this is the first job I actually wake up and enjoy going to.. The company treats there employees very nice and with respect Lesha the Lead BLS Dispatch/Scheduler is very nice, friendly and helpful if you need anything. Demir the Director of BLS Operations is a great communicator, and responds to you quickly if you have a question or a concern. The dispatchers are always polite, and do not force late jobs on you, like the majority of other EMS companies. Happy to work here! Flexible schedule, and you have your job schedule the night before.

I can't really think of any negative things at all to say honestly..

Pay was good for the area

Terrible communication Terrible management Too many chiefs not enough Indians As long as there’s body’s on the trucks who cares what anyone is going thru. Only ok for management to have personal life issues. Family doesn’t matter to them unless it’s theirs
