Good culture of safety. Passionate, educated employees.

Too much upper management. Good ideas get lost in the excessive hoops they are filtered through.

Generally supportive of a safety culture.

Wheels are coming off the bus, corporate leadership has more ego than competence and rewards hard work and loyalty with more hard work and less pay. The only employees that receive meritorious promotions are the ones that have bent the knee to HR. Trust and confidence is only going to continue to erode.
