- Very personable privately/employee owned business. - Combination of government and civilian work helps with the economic highs and lows. - Able to do what I am good at each and every day

Cons

- Limited promotion opportunities due to size and org structure - lots of fun office activities which ignore those that travel and live out of a hotel room -senior management rarely goes in the field
