Pros
Work atmosphere is awesome. I hate to leave. Surroundings were professional and personal at the same time. Even newcomers are on first name basis with the President. My immediate boss was one of the best I've worked for in 25 years.
Cons
Government contract cycle is difficult to feel good about long term employment. However, had I not found a new path to pursue I would have liked to have stayed.
