Not enjoyable. - Clinic Manager Life Clinic Employee Review

There are no pros what so ever.

They make you many promises and rarely do they keep it. Most of the managers have no clue how to run a clinic, and when things go wrong they tend to blame the employees they don’t take accountability. The one person that I always respected was the CEO/owner he truly cared about his employees and made them feel valued. However the same can’t be said about his second in command . There is a group chat that the employees have and it was mostly used to bash management particularly his second in command. She was unprofessional, condescending even thought she wasn’t the sharpest pencil in the box. If you still want to work for this company after reading this I would make sure to get everything you agree upon in writing.

No one is happy so you bond with your coworkers over how bad the management is. Only pro I can think of.

They promise you the world but don’t keep their word. If you haven’t seen anything happen for you within 6 months, chances are it won’t happen. Staff are disposable. No job security. Waste of your time; you can grow more elsewhere.
