If I could give 0 star I would. There are no pros to be quite honest!
Cons
Short staffed, attitude of staff, lack of ownership of responsibilities, lack of knowledgable staff. Very dirty, throwing powder on the floor only makes it smell better not look better. Not accessing a patient for over 4 hours, no admission paperwork done because they were training a new Lpn whom "came from another lifecare facility", apparently she was too good for us , she left after 6 hrs, we apparently were not up to her high standards! She was used to a better run facility ... They should've told her the truth before hiring her! The woman was so smart she could've been a manager ... But hey that's just my opinion.
