Cons
New admissions come during shift report. Director calls staff, " dream team" this a sad joke. Required to count narcotics endless pills in bottles and in punch cards belonging to some patients who are deceased or discharged. Very high patient ratios to nurses and CNAs. Supplies not available for example feeding for tube feeding tube. And PPE. Some supplies are kept a mile away in a locked large room. Only one key or key was losted to supply room. Nurse mgr and director dont care about issues they sit in office. Assignment to include doing job of two jobs nurse after 11pm. Using term "float nurse" one job unstaffed and then walk 1/ 2 mile to other side of building to do another job. CNAs up to 1 hour late. CNA out of control watching tv and movies. Lack of teamwork. Nurse supervisor lacked professional and knowledge. Long reporting system if patients falls or incidents.
