      Pros

      Amazing people. Their sense of teamwork truly inspired me in so many ways. They'd always come through in every situation. Additionally, the work itself and the atmosphere of a performing arts center is so much fun!

      Cons

      I could see that it was stressful for my supervisors, as is the nonprofit world in general. The lack of resources was upsetting to me because I felt they deserved so much more than they were offered.

      It's gonna be a good job if you want to chill and enjoy watching musicals and classical music concerts.

      Cons

      It's not a competitive place and pretty chill. and as an intern, paycheck is pretty low.

      Hours are super flexible and you get tons of experience putting together and coordinating outreach events

      Cons

      Hard to pick up tons of hours as it’s just a student intern position for about 10 hours a week
