Pros

Nice people, and free food if you're on-site. That's about it.

Cons

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone with prior research experience. Lieberman hires a good number of interns from the Masters of Industrial/Organizational Psychology program at Hofstra and several of them have become the "shining stars" of the company. You'll know who these folks are - they're promoted pretty much every year, are protected by their superiors and loved on by the partners. Everyone else just fills space in management's view. It's not worth your time and effort unless you're straight out of school. Prepare to be low-balled on salary, too. Also, the company has a poor business model - a couple of years ago they over-hired and acquired another (smaller) company, only to see the work dry up a few months later resulting in lots of layoffs. Remote employees beware - you'll likely be the first to go.

Pros

Lieberman is a fantastic company to work for. Company culture stems from the top and trickles down. Everyone from the executive partners, to senior management, and all the way down are NICE PEOPLE. They are reasonable. They are friendly. They are humans and they talk to you like you are human. We put out high quality work for very high-level clients and yet manage to avoid the stuffy corporate culture that is a turn off to so many. It is hard work but it is hard work done in a reasonable timeframe for reasonable people. I say it all the time - it's easy to work hard for nice people!

Cons

There are no real cons here. The work is very difficult so it's definitely taxing on the brain but that's about it!
