Great pay and benefits. Management is very easy to speak with in regards to any issue that comes up. If you are a hard worker, they are very appreciative of this and show their appreciation in many ways. They are understanding that emergencies occur and as a result you may miss a day of work but they are willing to allow you to make up the time before you lose it from your PTO.
