During my tenure with LS&S, I have had every opportunity to be the best librarian possible. At every turn, leadership encourages us to follow our passions, innovate and serve patrons better. Thanks to the administrative support of LS&S, librarians and library staff are able to focus on serving patrons and improving the library. LS&S also provides excellent opportunities for career development and advancement, of which I have been fortunate enough to take advantage of many. My experience has been nothing short of completely fulfilling.
