Pros

I have really enjoyed building my knowledge of pharmacy software here. There is a lot of problem solving, so I feel like I'm always learning something new. At the same time, my coworkers and management have been really helpful when I can't figure out something.

Cons

Sometimes the work can get a little stressful, but with the support of others, we all get through it together. I don't know of another job that isn't stressful without being boring, so I feel like this just comes with the territory.

Pros

Company paid employee healthcare, stocked break room, Christmas bonus, hybrid if you meet requirements, people are decently nice but there is definitely drama. I absolutely love my job as long as I’m left out of the politics of this place so it can be rewarding helping pharmacies which in turn helps patient care.

Cons

Hybrid…they are very very particular about wfh and not at all accommodating to changes if you have a sick kid or something on your office day you have to use PTO instead of switching wfh days. Very chaotic work environment. There are policies that change depending on your supervisor,which client you are speaking to, or just the weather (joking on that last part but not). Simple questions that should have a simple answer go ignored sometimes because no one has a clue what’s going on. Highest turnover rate of any company I have worked for, so you are constantly having to do the work of several teams as no one is there working. Low pay for the industry at least in my position.
