They make great product for American made. Good people.

Leadership doesn’t know what they want. They lack clear direction. Communication is the worst I have ever experienced in any professional organization. There financial stability is poor. Would stay away from them professionally. No development no one on ones. It’s a results culture and failure isn’t an option. They have laid off multiple people over the last year and I was the latest.
