Pros
Used to have flex-time hours available that allowed for work-life balance; company lunches every other week; a fun and friendly atmosphere. Hoping this will change back after COVID-19 passes. Health insurance and a Simple IRA (the latter after two W-2s). Optional holiday overtime hours. Employers paid us for the duration of the COVID-19 shutdown, which amounted to two months of pay.
Cons
No PTO, not even for sick days. No paid holidays when the factory is closed. No career growth opportunities.
