Fun place to work and make a lot of good connections

Long hours some days and mostly work weekends

- clean and upscale environment - free lunch and breakfast on event days - some great co-workers (most of staff besides management is under 30 years old) - networking and meeting members with significant clout - discounted golf attire

- no set closing time (if working you might not know what time you will leave--can be at 8pm or at 1am) - management is passive-aggressive and fails to communicate well with all employees - doesn't properly provide training to staff anymore - doesn't fairly pay employees - lunch is typically terrible (undercooked meat or leftovers from old events) - gives some employees access/perks while others are not allowed - company doesn't work as a team - quickly overturn of employees making it hard to build and form team - lack of loyalty to their best employees
