The owners are good people. They have a very extensive background in 3rd party logistics sales and operations, so they have some good relationships and very aggressive rates with some carriers, as well as other attributes being in the industry so long.

They are a relatively a new 3rd party logistics firm; they only have one office currently with a handful of agents, and their pay structure is not the highest-level payout in the industry, as well as agent support being for operations and sales leads isn't supported as of yet.
