Very Bad Experience in Retail Sales India - Special Projects Liberty General Insurance Employee Review

Will discuss about Retail Sales department where I worked for 1.2 years and its my own personal experience. Very bad politics played by higher managers. Sr management is not even bother to crosscheck complaints raised by staff at ground level. HR does not have the power to act against the management. People are getting laid off badly for no reason. Profiles discussed at the time of interview is not been given in real. No fix place to sit and work it keeps changing sometimes meeting room sometimes canteen and sometimes call center room. Lastly Weekends (All saturdays) are working and sometimes even public holidays
