Pros

Supportive Work Environment: The team is incredibly welcoming and collaborative. Colleagues are always willing to help, making it a great place for both new and experienced clinicians. Meaningful Work: The nature of the work, helping individuals in addiction recovery, is deeply fulfilling. It feels like you're making a real difference in people's lives. Strong Team Culture: From leadership to peers, there's a sense of camaraderie and mutual respect. The atmosphere encourages open communication and teamwork.

Cons

Emotional Toll: While rewarding, the work can be emotionally draining. As with any job in addiction treatment, the challenges can take a toll on mental health, so it's important to have a strong support network within the organization. Burnout Risk: Due to the emotionally intense nature of the work, there's always the risk of burnout if you're not actively managing self-care.

Pros

What I really appreciate about working at Liberation Programs is the emphasis on teamwork and collaboration. There’s also a genuine focus on mental health, not just for clients but for staff as well, which makes it easier to manage the stress that comes with the job.

Cons

The hours can be long sometimes.

Pros

The number one pro is that the people who work there care about their clients and their recovery. There really isn't another good reason to work there. The CEO is also a really good guy.

Cons

- Very disorganized - Low pay - High case loads
