I’ve been working here for almost a year, and overall it has been a great experience. While I didn’t get many opportunities to work cross-team, my own team was fantastic. The team lead and team members were very supportive, and the internal team culture is strong and well-maintained. Salary is competitive with the market and always paid on time. The company also encourages a healthy work environment by organizing recreational activities, vacations, and team get-togethers from time to time. Overall, it has been a positive and rewarding experience.

At times, client delivery requirements may require working beyond regular office hours or on weekends; however, these efforts are compensated later, as far as I’m aware.

The fast-paced atmosphere promotes career advancement. The communication is clear and straightforward, and you gain significant exposure to actual client work.

This position is not suitable for those who prefer a slower, more structured corporate environment. It can be a little unpredictable to plan your day because the workload can change based on client deadlines.
