It was a super fun environment to work in. They always kept up with the current trends, and since I loved the clothes, it was easier to sell them.
Cons
Not many cons, but it was a fast paced environment. If you can’t handle constantly on the move, then it’s not right for you.

Pros
Great first job out of college for some. It is a good learning experience if you can deal with the erratic owners.
Cons
The owners are husband and wife and do not communicate. One of them will give you one direction and the other will give you the opposite direction, then both of them will be upset with the product you make. The husband is very demeaning and unprofessional. He is very aggressive and easily triggered. He does not see employees' concerns to be important.
